Ingredients
- ½ cup honey
- 8 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 2 oz. frozen raspberries, thawed
- Ice cubes
- 8 oz. gin
- 2 (12 oz.) cans tonic water
Instructions
In pot, combine honey, 2 rosemary sprigs, raspberries and ¼ cup water; over medium heat, bring to simmer, stirring occasionally, until flavors blend, about 2 min. Strain; cool.Fill 6 cocktail glasses halfway with ice. Divide gin and raspberry syrup among glasses. Top with tonic; stir.
